Pros
Good benefits, if you have any life left to use them. With the way they abuse you...you'll need them.
Cons
No loyalty at all. Horribly sick? Don't care- get to work! (and breath on our patients!) Vacation? Don't be silly! Never enough nurses/cna/lpn staff. Our concerns are not yours...but they should be. A happy and healthy work place makes everyone work better. This place had NO time or energy to try and make this job anything less than physically sickening. Management in north Tampa is absolutely unprofessional, petty, nasty and spiteful. It's not a job...it's a torture chamber.
