Pros
Flexable shifts with days off during the week allowing time to do errends that cannot be done on the weekends.Future advancement is possible and the pay is good. They have good benifits for fulltime employees.
Cons
Working 12 hour shifts can be stressful when the ER gets full early. Breaks may not be used when ER is busy.Trainning is mandatory once a year and can be time consuming.
