      Lots of locations, competitive pay,pto, 401k, learning opportunities avail. Community outreach services. 'Free' medical care for uninsured.(tax write off)

      Cons

      Horrible management, blatant nepotism, tons of cliques, if you don't fit in they bully and can force you to transfer or quit. Company no longer cares about employees-grown too large. Google baycare lawsuits,they show their true self.
