      Opportunity, management, great salary. Lots of opportunity for advancement, training, and working your way up in the company. Great compensation package.

      Cons

      Have to use PTO for holidays, sick time, and vacation. Not great health insurance benefits. Takes a long time to hire on new people, leaving current employees doing a lot of extra work covering job vacancies.
