      Good benefits, career opportunities if you want to go back to school. You will meet a lot of good people. Learn a lot from them

      Cons

      Senior management too much politics. Health insurance is not that very good. Eight to one patient to nurse ratio. Too much load for nurses.

      It’s a great feeling to be able to help patients daily

      Cons

      Someone’s some patients make it really difficult to support and lack of resources to provide patients.
