Great Hospitalists, & Beautiful New Hospital with private rooms.
Cons
High turnover because their pay is not competitive, new management is toxic, floors lack teamwork, and ridiculous policies that actually impact patient care and safety negatively rather than improve it. Workload can be overwhelming and dangerous. Too many new nurses without experience.
