Pros
BayCare is a great place to work. The work environment has a family-like atmosphere. Team members truly care about each other.
Cons
High caseloads have lead to high turnover in some areas. It’s a non-profit, so the salary is quite low. The benefits are through Cigna BayCare. You can only use BayCare doctors with this insurance. So if you’re established with non-BayCare physicians, be prepared to switch because they’ll deny coverage.
