very unfair / unequal job responsibilities. No follow through with anything, no ownership by employees. Patient/ nurse ratio needs desperate re eval in regard to acuity and not number. Inapprpropriate ER patient floor admission. Ill knowledge and communication of management/ supervisors. But very quick to find fault.Dangerous for patients and staff, high infection due to MD following, not care by RNs.
