Some of the best reasons to work for baycare is that they on average pay more than other local hospitals and push to ensure a safe patient to nurse ratio.
Cons
The current baycare business model is changing and it's very evident that some of the best things about baycare are now becoming trivial in the grand scheme of things. Baycare is losing the patient experience that it once was and had them shine above other healthcare organizations. They are now using a more people are just numbers approached and that is not in line with baycare mission and values.
