The east region chief nursing officer and the patient care directors are not recognized in the building by day shift or night many of the night shift staff. There all this talk with improving nursing culture by doing this very ineffective class act campaign. However, if your team can’t even identify who you are how can you make a positive impact? Lastly, there’s always new projects or initiatives but there is minimal information on them and hardly any follow through on it’s effectiveness.
