Been a case manager for 10 years and never been treated so badly by management. All my options were shot down. They played favorites, didn't provide advancement opportunities, NO performance reviews (never worked for company that didnt do this in my 25+ years of working), and was constantly judged by the manager for how I helped my clients that were satisfied. Over worked and unrealistic expectations put on me that only could be met by clients. Still was asked to leave with above asking billable hours and never being late. I appealed the decision and asked to move to a different department only to be told no. They said they want to keep good employees that work hard but obviously this isn't the case with me.
