Unskilled management - Registered Nurse BayCare Health System Employee Review

Pros

There are many new hospitals opening in the area that require all nurses to have Bachelor degrees and up. So you don't have to just pick one or two hospitals anymore.

Cons

Baycare is a not for profit that cares about profit. I work in surgery and can tell you that management does not care about patients, they care about money. I seen so many good nurses leave because of these idiots. The management will find ways to get rid of you if you know what you are doing because you become a threat to their job. Most do not have more than an associates degree, yet still they supervise people with Bachelors and Masters degree as if they know what they are doing. If you work here, stay quiet, do your time, get a bachelors and get out fast. Other hospitals in the area will treat you with more respect and better working conditions. Avoid baycare. There is a reason they are always trying to recruit new people, they keep losing staff. Do not sign a 3 year contract for work, you will be stuck and miserable like them.
