BayCare continues to decline - Social Worker/Case Manager BayCare Health System Employee Review

Leadership is financially driven and has low tolerance for employees who value themselves and the patients. Policies and procedures change weekly and communication is poor. The Leadership in my specific dept (Care Coordination) is toxic, constant micromanaging and have little to none previous experience actually doing the job they are leading. Do not recommend and actively looking for another job elsewhere.
