I am always offered a job with SRO (as long as you meed requirements)
Cons
SRO is not flexible on location to work. They are sneaky about changing requirements and won’t tell you until it is time to update them. The units ABSUSE SRO nurses. It is brutal. I have never felt more disrespected as a nurse than I have on some of these units (specifically Morton Plants ICUs). When you call SRO to ask a question, the answer you get wilk change depending on who answers the phone. Very inconsistent.
