Make your own schedule for the most part, sitting down a lot of the time
Cons
When you make your schedule, you better not have to change it or else you get in trouble. You sit down all day, yes, but you can barely get up to use the bathroom. New Management is absolutely not here and you will not get heard. If you want to meet with management it would take an eclipse for you to speak with them.
