      Decent benefits, excellent staff, and somewhat considerate with work life balance. Training opportunities

      Cons

      Management is horrible. If you don't drink the kool aid you will be shunned. If you have issues with management decisions don't bother reaching out to HR. Retaliation and termination without reason will occur. Training opportunities are very limited.
