Pros
Benefits are generally okay. Insurance is decent as long as you don’t need to see someone outside of the BayCare system.
Cons
Nurse bullying is still a very real issue. I believe that upper management has good intentions to stop it, however middle management (floor level management) is not necessarily working on it. There has been some pretty unreasonable expectations of nurses on different floors; ie staff being written up for medication side effects not being written while the nurse is running around and putting out fires.
