      Pros

      Pay, benefits, all the normal global company stuff

      Cons

      Horrible management. Recently with new site lead, environment is becoming toxic. Managers up do nothing but make stuff up for techs and laborers to do while they sit back (literally) and watch. Morale is at an all time low, and it shows with people leaving, hence all the openings. Do NOT make the mistake of taking a job here.

      Great work life balance, 3 weeks of vacation per year + 5 days of personal holidays + 1 week for Christmas, 10% 401k match, $550 contributed towards HSA each year,

      Cons

      The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
