Pros

Percentage increase in pay every fiscal year Overtime pay Training is decent Decent food catering for lab week and events Interesting people to meet such as Phd fellows

Cons

Incompetent management Pressure to always increase output, meaning you stay overtime to finish Bad managers stay in management positions if they're meeting TAT A lot of verbal harassment if you make a mistake (depends on manager), instead of implementing preventive measures Unclear SOP, bad grammar Always short staffed

Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working remote. My direct management has been very clear about their expectations for my role. The workload is manageable. My coworkers are kind and passionate individuals who are always available to assist when I have questions.

Cons

The company has expanded so rapidly lately, and I’m uncertain what the future of my role will look like. New tasks are offloaded frequently to my team.

Pros

Ok medical insurance, not too expensive

Cons

Aggressive environment, everything is rule based, tight control over employees, multiple status reports to different lines of management on what you do weekly. No work and life balance, unreasonable expectations, have to work nights and weekends for a pay that's below average.
