Pros

Remote work for office staff provides flexibility. Opportunity to connect with some genuinely great colleagues.

Cons

A toxic culture permeates the organization, resulting in an unsustainable rate of employee departures. Below-market pay contributes to dissatisfaction and the inability to retain talent. Pervasive micromanagement, including singular approval for all personnel changes, creates bottlenecks and erodes trust. Professional standing within the company seems contingent on personal relationships with the top leader.

Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working remote. My direct management has been very clear about their expectations for my role. The workload is manageable. My coworkers are kind and passionate individuals who are always available to assist when I have questions.

Cons

The company has expanded so rapidly lately, and I’m uncertain what the future of my role will look like. New tasks are offloaded frequently to my team.

Pros

Ok medical insurance, not too expensive

Cons

Aggressive environment, everything is rule based, tight control over employees, multiple status reports to different lines of management on what you do weekly. No work and life balance, unreasonable expectations, have to work nights and weekends for a pay that's below average.
