The faculty and staff are genuine and open, focused on providing an atmosphere for quality scholarship and personal growth. The campus itself is also beautiful and a great work environment. I worked for Baylor University Press while I was also a student at the university, and the staff were extremely flexible in allowing me to schedule work hours around my class times. After I left the university the faculty and staff were supportive in writing reference letters and recommendations for future positions and schooling.
