Pros
I loved my three-and-a-half years working in ITS-Hardware as a computer repair student technician. The manager and full-time people were wonderful to work with, extremely competent and professional, and understanding of a students' need for flexible hours. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Cons
Sometimes stressed-out students or faculty would make a fuss about dropping their machines off, so you might catch a bit of sass on occasion, but it is understandable. A little patience and courtesy when dealing with these types of people can go an extremely long way!
