Pros
Very nice facility, plenty of space for employees, labs, and production. Profitable product line and aggressive R&D path. Extremely large parking lot, convenient location.
Cons
The management and long term employees of all departments are all related somehow and all speak Chinese almost exclusively. New employees quickly find themselves the scapegoat of managers as they cower before the obnoxious CEO and shift blame off themselves. Tight knit secrecy and dishonest communication to customers, vendors, and employees resulting in confusion and mismanagement. Incredible turnover-never seen anything like it in the Bay Area.
