Pros

There is no pro. The supervisors themselves wrote good thing about company which are good reviews only coming form.

Cons

Old people with not knowing new technology or programming managing the company. There is no growth here. This one old guy doesn't know what github is. Go learn it man.

Pros

BaySpec has an extremely welcoming culture. Everyone is extremely passionate about what they do and the product. The HQ office in San Jose is in a prime location in the heart of Silicon Valley The passion; everyone loves contributing to the bigger picture The leadership, the CEO and execs are so invested in their employees and the vision of the company

Cons

Just because I have to put one... because the building is so large, the HVAC barely meets requirements and it can get hot in the summer.

BS has a culture of innovation. New projects come in and are adopted. Experienced employees can learn valuable technology and business skills in a top-down environment. Management does care about the company's reputation, with vigilance.

Cons

Management is extremely top-down, and occasionally foresightful.
