Pros

Great Team enviroment. It truly was like working with your friends. Everybody was approachable from the most Jr. employee to the top of management. Very team like atmosphere of like minded individuals pulling together for a common goal. David Quint and David Ertel were fantastic people to lead the group. They also had a terrific work/life culture

Cons

Collapse of capital markets. I have never seen so many smart hard working people be let down thru no fault of their own. Truly ashame

In general, many coworkers are intelligent and hard-working. I have learned and grown a lot.

Cons

Extremely poor work-life balance. Frequent expectation to work past normal hours and always respond late at night. Unclear expectations and a lack of healthy communication
