No work-life balance, management is bad, stagnated growth, backward technology, working overtime, no support from leaders, work/teams are divided and everyone is involved in everything, swearing is normal in office and not considered unprofessional

Extremely poor work-life balance. Frequent expectation to work past normal hours and always respond late at night. Unclear expectations and a lack of healthy communication
