Pros
* great variety of work (not boring) * Nice office, and also the option to work fully remotely * Often company/office events * It might be regarded as a good stepping stool/ first Work * If you get along with your management you don't need a lot of technical competency (opposite to what your work title says)
Cons
* often changes of orientation: they expect you to know everything technically, without giving you guidance * To much office policy: once you get in the line of fire of somebody, there's no way to stay * They are simply burning a big amount of people during Approbation period: as the salaries are under average - competent people to not apply. For the rest it's show up or find management support. If not - bye, bye
