Pros
Work from home position.
Cons
This used to be a great place to work. It had a great start-up spirit. It was innovative and they treated the employees quite well. Now, not so much. All perks of the job are gone. No more unlimited vacation time, no bonuses, no birthday or anniversary bonus. Virtually no perks for the employees who are kept as part-time employees year after year. They pay is poor. They want the content analysts to have college degrees and many provide foreign language services. It is not an industry standard pay, maybe barely a minimum wage, as the employees have to pay for their own computer, internet and other home office associated costs. I have been there over 4 years and the content analysts don't even get index increases. The character per hour rating is degraded and diluted to the degree that you cannot keep up with the character per hour requirements. All communications with the in-house are negative.
