Pros
Great people/team, interesting projects, good work/life balance, fun team outings, excellent on pacing and training, very well-documented processes and procedures I think this company is on a great path, but in its "awkward teenage" years. There are some growing pains, but will be an amazing company to work for in a year or two.
Cons
This company is in transition from startup to mid-size company. It's awkward as there is this vibe of "business meets recess" for better and for worse. People complain about admin tasks that most project managers in other companies have to do. It can be loud in the office and distracting with people talking through cubes.
