Pros
- If you’re in Austin, the people and activities are a ton of fun, and the office is beautiful. - The DEI task force is doing some great work. - Hours are quite flexible and WFH is not an issue.
Cons
- The pay is quite frankly embarrassing compared to other tech companies. By leaving, I was able to double my salary. - Management has a slew of issues - favoritism, borderline discriminatory when it comes to salary and opportunities, and a lot of micromanagement. Constantly talking about how much money they and the company have, but refuse to give anything more than a 3% raise. - The attrition is concerning and causes a lot of pain points for employees that do stick around- since acquiring Curalate summer 2020, over 85% of their employees have left. - Sales is known to lie to close a deal - good luck if you work with clients post-sale. - Support is largely located out of the US even though a majority of clients are US based. There are constant complaints of extremely slow response times and inaccurate answers.
