Pros
I 100% back BV products. I think they're innovative and a need to have solution on pace with the progression of the digital e-commerce space. It was a pleasure to work under the manager who hired me until she was promoted. All the best to you, AK!
Cons
Hated the environment I adapted to under my new manager. I was forewarned by someone else that a snake was coming over to my team at the time. Surprise, ahaha. I did not feel supported by leadership as a new employee. There are many things that were not in my control that may have been used against me that lead to my separation for the company. One can only advocate for themselves so much before you all realize this is an across the board issue. It was also apparent to me that many people at the company were hired in an untraditional process as they are related to, dating, close friends of individuals in decision making roles at the company. It's also no surprise as to how these people are also alway highly placed on a pedestal (go figure) I felt like BV's sales team was very clique-y and immature at times, especially during social gatherings. I've been privy to conversations about higher up employees engaging in illegal activities which should never be a topic of conversation in a professional/social setting. Yet, these are the same employees hired to lead teams ... overall. My time here was short but after a quick change in management I quickly figured out this was not the environment or company for me.
