Pros
I am aware reviewing a company you currently work for might come across a bit biased... Here it is anyway - I have been with the company since 2011, I had just graduated college with a marketing degree and had no plan for the future. Upon spending 3 excruciating months not looking hard enough for a job. I walked into the the Fargo south location and applied for a 'sales partner' position - an entry level position in a store that was close to my friend's house in which i was renting out a space that could pass as a closet. My first year i made more money than i would have if i found a job that pertained to my degree. Since then I have taken on 3 separate promotions and become part of the big BeMobile family. Along the way i also finished an MBA and will be completing a second degree in a few months. #worklifebalance You have to want it and be willing to go above and beyond with customers, -put in the effort, roll your sleeves up and have a positive attitude. BeMobile is fast paced, energetic and this industry is always ever evolving so you are never going to be bored! #yougottawantit #makeitacareer #salesislife
Cons
My first thought is that if you are in sales - customers can be mean and loud sometimes. However my most faithful customers have always started out as the 'difficult' ones. We will train you so well that you will be armed to the teeth in sales skills and people skills. So don't worry!!
