Thank you for your comments. BeMobile is a growing organization with many locations in rural markets. This does mean that advancement may require moving, but not always. BeMobile is pleased that we do have a full line of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and a handful of other products. The challenge with every company out there, including BeMobile, is keeping premiums low for employees. BeMobile does cost share medical and dental premiums and continually searches for plans that fit employee demographics. Thank you.
