Thank you for your very candid feedback. Yes, finding solutions and phones for our customers is a wonderful and rewarding feeling. So glad you experienced it (and it did not sound silly at all). For the past 3-4 years our territory is a bit smaller than you indicated and is Western North Dakota to about Madison, WI. Yes, our KPI's (goals) did and still do change quarterly to align with Verizon goals for BeMobile. We try, with every change in our organization, to keep changes communicated clearly and include the "why" behind them. The corporate support staff has evolved over the years as BeMobile has tried to streamline processes and provide "above expectations" support to our teams. I can assure you that discussions happens weekly and often daily on how the office teams can be more efficient and continue to focus on the needs of the people that are served by this staff.
