Pros

Brand new Corp office and state of the art equiptment you get to use

Cons

They are not consistent with the merit reviews, it's all about performance numbers and sales. Benefits are okay, but could definitely improve to help employees stay. Sometimes it seems if you're not in leadership your thoughts and ability to grow are none existent.

Thank you for your review and the advice offered. Each year we review benefits. This year we brought in vision insurance options and changed PTO and added Maternity/Paternity leave programs. This was a big undertaking from feedback that was received in an employee focus group. We are again, also in the process of finding more cost effective health insurance options for our employees - this is a constant challenge with the rising health care costs. Leadership is available for all employees. Sales Partner have the ability to move to Store Leader rolls if they qualify and have the skills sets required. However, this may not be in the same store they work now, so Leadership may require a relocation. This is due to having a lot of stores in rural markets. All our Leadership positions are always posted internally and externally. We do love when we are able to promote from within. Thank you.

Great Training, Great Work/Life balance (unless short staffed) Great executive team Great pay as a sales partner Great growth opportunities

Cons

Moving into leadership brings more responsibility and longer hours, but the pay structure doesn’t always reflect that. For top performers, it often means taking a pay cut.
