      Horrible place to work - Store Leader BeMobile Employee Review

      Pros

      Can't even think of any pros besides meeting some pretty cool people in other locations

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated, minimal benefits. Open your eyes and treat your employees better. Customers are not at all your priority, only money. This company never takes blame for anything, only blames you for everything. If you have a concern they just tell you that's how it is and you need to be adaptable. They straight up don't care. Store leaders get paid less then their district leaders AND their sales partners. You get nothing for working over 45 hours but they will steal your PTO if you are under 40 hours. HR is far from helpful, they only cover up the problems. Could be a great company but they would need to change A LOT. They blame turnover on store leaders not their upper staff. Corporate doesn't even know half the things that go on in stores. Fast food jobs treat their employees better!!

      Thank you for your review. Your experience is certainly not what BeMobile strives for. Store Leaders do have expectations and accountability that are defined during the hiring process, on-boarding and during each performance review. These items include selling, customer experience, operations of the store and coaching direct reports. PTO is never stolen rather it is administered per the documented policy. Turnover is certainly a challenge and is influenced by direct supervisors. Turnover has been a strategic focus for Store Leaders, District Leaders and Corporate and the results in 2020 show turnover is down 20% year to date. This is a great compliment to every Leader who is working hard to allow direct reports to be successful and earn a great income. Thank you.

      Great Training, Great Work/Life balance (unless short staffed) Great executive team Great pay as a sales partner Great growth opportunities

      Cons

      Moving into leadership brings more responsibility and longer hours, but the pay structure doesn’t always reflect that. For top performers, it often means taking a pay cut.
