Flexible schedule. Increased pay opportunities, inside training that can be taken from this job to any level of career desired, family like atmosphere, a changing environment so one does not have a chance to get bored, understanding and helpful management, contests and events to pad a paycheck and giving you something to come to work excited

Cons

Staffing in other locations,some paid leave benefits should be addressed, new hire training pay should be a little more to keep new hires on board until first commission check

Moving into leadership brings more responsibility and longer hours, but the pay structure doesn’t always reflect that. For top performers, it often means taking a pay cut.
