For whatever reason, BeMobile thinks its a smart business decision to remain open until 8pm in some areas. Those last two hours are usually dead, especially in more rural environments. - Store manager did not display equity when it came to scheduling shifts between employees that share the same job title. When an employee consistently receives weekends, no closing shifts, yet was consistently absent, given multiple second chances, etc, this displays a lack of respect to the consistent employees that kept the place going. This leads to decreased morale, and one of the reasons I ultimately was ready to leave the company.
