Thank you for your feedback. Our meeting cadence is meant to streamline communication as well as ensure all employees are able to have a voice in discussions and solutions. Two monthly store meetings and a 1:1 meeting per month should be positive. Company-wide meetings and trainings are also intended to help us grow as individuals and as a company. These are intended to be balanced but may increase at certain times pending important initiatives. Thank you again.
