Thank you for your feedback. Yes, our business is retail and there is definitely pressure to sell. Ultimately this pressure is to align with Verizon Wireless initiatives, find solutions for customers and to allow employees to maximize the pay plan which is based on sales. Selling is a skill that we hope to provide even better training and coaching on, but we are not perfect. We are working on this so more sales partners find selling easier.

Great Training, Great Work/Life balance (unless short staffed) Great executive team Great pay as a sales partner Great growth opportunities

Cons

Moving into leadership brings more responsibility and longer hours, but the pay structure doesn’t always reflect that. For top performers, it often means taking a pay cut.
