Pros

No real positives here. They pay like crap and say that you need to get your sales up. When you are able to boost your sales they put you at another unattainable goal just so you fail.

Cons

Management is horrible and doesn't give two bits about their people. They claim they do but they dont. They lie about so much and encourage the sales partners to lie to customers to make a sale.

Wow. Your comments are not fun to read. BeMobile apologizes that you did not have the experience you or we wanted. There are a lot of successful Sales Partners who make a good a income. You are correct, our sales goal do change quarterly to align with Verizon goals. That said, they don't always go up. Our fullest intent is to find winning pay plans that allow for successful sales partners and to remain in good standing with Verizon. I apologize the management at your store or in the entire company failed you. It is a continued initiative and priority to develop our teams. In fact, we are just launching a brand new sales partner training program that should help all sales partners find success and coaching they seek from their leadership. Thank you for your comments. They do drive us to become better.

Great Training, Great Work/Life balance (unless short staffed) Great executive team Great pay as a sales partner Great growth opportunities

Cons

Moving into leadership brings more responsibility and longer hours, but the pay structure doesn’t always reflect that. For top performers, it often means taking a pay cut.
