Pros

The CEO, and the COO. They are both great guys. Pay was solid as well.

Cons

The lack of accountability in Iowa, there is a clique like/bully mentality. HR, culture are other cons. There are great employees with detailed feedback who are afraid to speak up due to the fear of being retaliated against. I would recommend a safer space to share their experiences. The company is only as good as its employees.

We recognize that the Iowa market has gone through a leadership transition, and we understand that the changes have, at times, been challenging. While the situation was not perfect, we ensured that support personnel from other markets were available to assist staff, communicate updates, and help minimize the impact of these transitions. Today, new Iowa leadership is in place, and building a stronger, trust-based culture is a key focus. We believe that trust is a two-way process—earned both by leadership and by team members through consistent actions and doing the right thing. To support our teams and leaders, we now have a revised Leadership Onboarding Program, Career Paths coursework, and professional development training in place. In addition, our Sales Trainers have always been available to customize follow-up support and provide guidance as needed to ensure team members are confident and successful in their roles.

Great Training, Great Work/Life balance (unless short staffed) Great executive team Great pay as a sales partner Great growth opportunities

Cons

Moving into leadership brings more responsibility and longer hours, but the pay structure doesn’t always reflect that. For top performers, it often means taking a pay cut.
