Pros

I’ve had a truly positive experience working at this company. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and encourages continuous learning. Managers genuinely care about employee development and provide opportunities for growth — whether it’s through stretch projects, mentorship, or internal mobility. Work-life balance is respected, and the team environment makes coming to work feel meaningful. If you’re looking for a company that invests in its people and fosters long-term career growth, this is the place to be.

Cons

there is some room for improvement

Pros

I did think about this and the pros are we get free snacks in the kitchens. A sad pro, but I could not come how with anything else. Oh, free parking too!

Cons

How much can I write? After being in the industry for 15 years plus, I have never seen such a train wreck. I have been here for two years and it feels like 20. They work you so much and there is never a promotion. There is never a thank you. Stock equity is almost nonexistent at this point. The next few years will be tough because our pipeline has nothing coming out. They also fire and lay off people all the time. You never know if you will come in one day and have a meeting with HR that you are blindsided by. The whole place is really working like a bad startup with a founder that wants to continue being CEO and has nothing new to offer. His wife is running the company because she is at every town hall and major event. She is not even an official employee of the company, but sits in all these meetings. Something is wrong with that. There is zero culture. I kept hoping this would change, but I gave up.
