Pros
Children and families are great! The students are usually under 3 and are learning to speak, it is so exciting to see the progress. I work with great behavior therapists who answer my questions. My regional director is always available by phone and email and gets back to me pretty fast. She works hard to make my schedule with no gaps but sometimes cancellations happen. My BT's help me find other cases to go to when they can too.
Cons
It is hard working in families homes by yourself until you get used to it. I work long days but usually have Friday off for make ups each week.
