Pros

Beacon took me in with no experience and taught me everything I know. I went through training from ABT to BT, CPR training through the company and even began the masters program to become a behavior analyst.

Cons

Employees don’t seem to last very long long

Pros

Thorough training & some extremely helpful supervisors and coworkers!

Cons

Lots of cancellations from families which is out of Beacons control & some lack of communication about scheduling and cases at times.

We’re glad to hear that the guidance from your supervisors and coworkers has been meaningful for you. We also appreciate your feedback regarding scheduling and communication. We recognize how challenging it can be for our staff when schedules shift unexpectedly due to family cancellations. While cancellations can unfortunately be a common occurrence for ABA providers, we do work closely with families to reduce disruptions and reschedule appointments whenever possible. Your comments are particularly helpful as we’re continually working to improve communication.
