We also appreciate your feedback regarding scheduling and communication. We recognize how challenging it can be for our staff when schedules shift unexpectedly due to family cancellations. While cancellations can unfortunately be a common occurrence for ABA providers, we do work closely with families to reduce disruptions and reschedule appointments whenever possible. Your comments are particularly helpful as we’re continually working to improve communication.
