Pros
-Great start into ABA. They have a 90 day seeding period that lets you observe how to run sessions. - Can be very rewarding -Coworkers are very nice and helpful
Cons
-Fee for service: that means if there are any cancellations on your part or the client's part, you don't get paid (including holidays and snow days). You won't get a consistent paycheck every week -You'll spend a good chunk of your day in the car driving between clients: meaning you'll have to use the bathroom at your clients house and store a lunch that can survive sitting in the car for a couple of hours -You have to be very flexible: Your client can choose to cancel but YOU have to find time to fit them in for a make up session meaning you could have to schedule sessions for the weekend or after work hours - 10 hour work days: and you dont even get paid for some of it (drive times and paperwork)
