      Pros

      Your helping kids . Pay can be good when you are getting hours. Great place to get your foot in the door for the field. There is opportunities for educational growth

      Cons

      Many cons. Hours vary a lot. Managment can lack. Families can be challenging to work with. You will be exhausted everyday. 10 hour days. Sketchy contracts. Lots of traveling. Fee for service (if you have a cancelation you do not get paid) sometimes cancelations are 5 mins before scheduled time. Sometimes you are no showed and do not get compensated

      Pros

      Beacon took me in with no experience and taught me everything I know. I went through training from ABT to BT, CPR training through the company and even began the masters program to become a behavior analyst.

      Cons

      Employees don’t seem to last very long long

      Pros

      Thorough training & some extremely helpful supervisors and coworkers!

      Cons

      Lots of cancellations from families which is out of Beacons control & some lack of communication about scheduling and cases at times.
