      Flexible hours, fun job. Supervisors and co-workers are great. They provide a lot of help. good training opportunities.

      Cons

      sometimes session gets cancelled, but we could always try to set make up sessions with family

      Pros

      Beacon took me in with no experience and taught me everything I know. I went through training from ABT to BT, CPR training through the company and even began the masters program to become a behavior analyst.

      Cons

      Employees don’t seem to last very long long

      Thorough training & some extremely helpful supervisors and coworkers!

      Cons

      Lots of cancellations from families which is out of Beacons control & some lack of communication about scheduling and cases at times.
