Pros
None really. It was a promise of steady work with no real steady work.
Cons
This was probably the worst position I ever took. Aside from lied to during the interview, not being a suck up doesn't help. There was little to no support from your supervisor and you had to hope that the BT you worked with knew what they were doing to learn anything. You only worked when there were clients and many families aren't comfortable with males working with kids, too many just assume your going to be inappropriate with their children.
